PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY CRIELLO, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THEM. PLEASE ALSO READ OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the relationship between Tuco Tec (“Creillo”, “we”, or “us”) and you when you use our products and services. Tuco Tec LLC is a Colorado Limited Liability Company located at:
5345 Arapahoe, Suite 6, Boulder, Colorado 80303.

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of an employer, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

1. License Grant

The Creillo Products and Services are licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the services subject to these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Creillo. Source code and trade secrets are not disclosed.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Free Trial and Payment

Creillo may offer free trial access. After the trial, payment is required via credit card.

Payments are processed through STRIPE. Creillo does not store your payment data.

Services are activated only after payment is completed.

Refunds:

• Email your request
• Receive confirmation from Creillo

Refunds are adjusted based on usage prior to confirmation.

Termination: You may terminate anytime. Unused portions are not reimbursed.

2.2 Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account
• You agree to use the services legally and for internal business purposes only
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data (“Your Content”)

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for unlawful or harmful activities

2.3 Our Responsibilities

• Provide services in compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain reasonable security protections
• Continuously improve the platform

Creillo is not responsible for third-party services you may interact with.

2.4 Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, outages, or external factors.

3. Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Creillo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Creillo’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property related to Creillo Products remains the property of Creillo.

Any feedback you provide may be used without compensation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Creillo against claims arising from your use of the services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

8. Termination

These Terms terminate automatically if you violate them. Upon termination, you must stop using the services.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the services.

10. Remedies

Creillo may seek legal or equitable remedies for violations of these Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Creillo. They may not be modified except in writing by Creillo.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
